Joining the ever-growing Breach Candy food scene, is the brand new dine out space called Aubergin that is opening soon to every vegetarian’s culinary delight! All of its 2500 square feet space is designed by Sumessh Menon Associates in a youthfully lively and modern design, taking subtle hints from European inspired elements. Albeit being a more food-oriented space, the design layout incorporates the charm of a gorgeous bar added to make it a more all inclusive and adaptable restaurant. The bar with its patina finish metallic screen bar front, an exotic African black stone countertop and of course the back display with a larger-than-life vibrant artwork depicting human forms in lively motion is truly the most arresting feature of the space!
